Vietnam’s Minh Du Poultry Breeding Co Ltd has commenced construction of its new hi-tech poultry breeding project in Binh Dinh province. Costing USD 11 million, it supports 32 breeding houses using German technology and a capacity of 30 million colored DOC/year. It is expected to start operations in Q1 2021. “Minh Du’s current output falls short of demand. Moreover, the price and quality of DOC in the market is unstable. It is a good time for us to boost our capacity and offer quality DOC,” Le Van Du, Chairman of the Board told Asian Agribiz.
